Containers, vases, plants, baskets and other decorative elements may also be substituted when necessary, with an item of similar style and equal or greater value.
Our goal is always to create an arrangement that is as close as possible to the design pictured while using the freshest and highest-quality flowers available.

Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery location and our delivery schedule. During holidays and other high-volume periods, same-day delivery may be limited.
Delivery Times
While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our shop in advance. Deliveries are scheduled based on location, routing and order volume.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the order in a safe location, with a neighbor, doorman, concierge or front desk when appropriate. If the arrangement cannot be safely left, we may contact the recipient or purchaser to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite or unit numbers when applicable, as well as a valid recipient phone number. Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Hospitals, Funeral Homes & Businesses
Deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, businesses, schools and other facilities are subject to the receiving policies and hours of each location. Once an order has been accepted by authorized personnel at the facility, the delivery will be considered complete.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Severe weather, road conditions, traffic, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delivery delays. The safety of our drivers is important, and we reserve the right to reschedule a delivery when conditions make delivery unsafe.
Holiday Deliveries
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and other major holidays are especially busy. We recommend ordering early. Requested delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak holiday periods, and same-day delivery availability may be limited.

Return & Refund Policy
At Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers, plants and gifts and want every order to be received and enjoyed as intended.
Fresh Flowers & Perishable Products
If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request a photo of the product so our team can better understand the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund provided the order has not yet been designed, prepared or sent out for delivery. Once an order has been prepared or is out for delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Wedding, event and custom floral orders are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the individual contract or proposal.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Refunds cannot be provided for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect recipient information or other inaccurate information provided when the order was placed. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Substitutions
Occasional substitutions are necessary due to flower availability, seasonality and market conditions. Substitutions made in accordance with our Substitution Policy are not considered a product defect and are not automatically eligible for a refund.
